Communications
Pacific's extensive presentation training program includes strategies
for all types of presentations - speeches, board meetings, legislative
testimony, new business presentations and others. We provide participants
with the tools and knowledge necessary to make effective presentations
to their varied audiences.
The strategic
centerpiece of the course is determining your messages and preparing
you to deliver them with razor-sharp language and refined techniques
that give your audience the best chance of understanding and absorbing
what you wish to convey.
Preparation
We begin training preparation by learning more about each participant,
reviewing a brief written questionnaire, past presentations and
the script to be delivered, as well as by understanding the presenter's
goals and the needs of his or her intended audiences.

sessions, we work with each participant individually. We videotape,

session progresses, helping participants build not just technique,
but confidence.
Post-Training

We provide a confidential course evaluation that summarizes the
presenter's strengths as well as areas that need improvement. It
also includes a recap of key messages, helpful tips and techniques,
written course materials and video dubs of each presenter.
