Pacific provides clients with the renowned Hill & Knowlton media
training course. To maximize its effectiveness, we tailor the course
to each client and the specific media to be targeted. Our media
training program has helped hundreds of business executives, community
leaders and government officials learn to successfully communicate
their messages to key audiences through the media.
Preparation
To ensure that we understand the client's issues and relevant background,
we conduct thorough research before beginning training. We review
annual reports, Web sites and department briefings. We also review
past interviews on video and in print, and ask participants to complete
a brief questionnaire.

Evaluation
We provide a confidential course evaluation that outlines each participant's
strengths as well as areas that need improvement. We also summarize
key messages, anticipated questions and recommended answers for
each issue explored during the training, and we provide a recap
of helpful tips and techniques. Each person trained is provided
a video dub of the training session for his or her personal review.
