Modeling Communications Campaigns

CommPac has mapped out a model of the “terrain” on which communications campaigns are conducted that takes account of the broad spectrum of people, groups and institutions (including some unique to Hawai‘i) that influence communities. We understand the need for clients to speak not just to one or two audiences, but to the many interrelated leaders, influencers and decision makers in the community.

These begin at the grass roots, include such disparate elements as investors, land trusts, nonprofits and cultural practitioners, and reach to the top levels of business and government.
