Enterprise Honolulu Appoints dck pacific construction Senior Vice President & General Manager To Board
HONOLULU – Eric Tessem, senior vice president and general manager of dck pacific construction, LLC, a dck worldwide company, has joined the Enterprise Honolulu board of directors. His appointment is for three years.
Enterprise Honolulu, the Oahu Economic Development Board, supports a diversified economy by being a leading agent in the growth, retention and recruitment of businesses that offer quality jobs in Hawaii. The organization is also actively involved in infrastructure, planning and workforce development to build the foundation for a globally competitive and prosperous economy.

Tessem joined dck pacific construction, LLC in 2011 with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. For more than 22 years, Tessem was the president of Construction Associates, Inc., which he founded in 1981 and grew to 165 employees with annual revenues of more than $65 million. Before joining dck pacific, Tessem served as a branch manager for Ledcor Construction in Seattle, and in 2005, moved to Hawaii to become the company’s vice president of operations.

Tessem has a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Washington State University. He is also licensed with the State of Hawaii as a Responsible Managing Employee (RME) and is the Principle RME for dck pacific.
Enterprise Honolulu is a nonprofit organization funded primarily by the private sector.
