Hale Pāwaʻa Announces Hawaii Advanced Imaging Institute as Latest Tenant

HAII to join Mina Pharmacy and Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii, rounding out ground floor support services

HONOLULU – Hawaii Advanced Imaging Institute, formerly known as Hawaii PET Imaging, will become the final ground floor support services tenant at Hale Pāwa‘a, Honolulu’s newest Class A medical office building. Healthcare Realty, the building’s owner/developer, announced that HAII is scheduled to open in September and will occupy over 6,700 square feet on the ground floor.

“We’re excited to welcome Hawaii Advanced Imaging Institute as our final ground floor support services tenant,” said Amy Poley, Healthcare Realty’s vice president of real estate investments. “As one of Hawaii’s leaders in diagnostic imaging, they will wonderfully complement Hale Pāwa‘a’s current and future tenants.”

We will be the only imaging facility in Hawaii to offer two high field 3Telsa MRI systems, including the most advanced OPEN 3T MRI, with PET/CT, in a relaxed outpatient environment.”

In addition to HAII, Healthcare Realty also announced the opening of several other medical practices:

  • Dr. Larry Schlesinger, M.D., FACS, dba Oahu Plastic Surgery Center / Mommy Makeover Institute of Hawaii, and
  • Dr. Michael Wong, O.D., dba Kaimuki Eyecare

These tenants are joining Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii, Fertility Institute of Hawaii, Mina Pharmacy, Pulelehua Skin Care Aesthetics, and Dr. Michael Uyehara, DDS, at Hale Pāwa‘a.

In addition, Healthcare Realty has executed multiple letters of intent with additional prospective tenants and is in advanced negotiations with several others.
