HONOLULU – dck worldwide, parent company to Pacific operating entities dck pacific construction and dck pacific guam, welcomes Richard L. Allen as Vice President of Global Healthcare Services.
Mr. Allen has 25 years of senior executive experience in all phases of hospital operations, strategy, physician integration, ambulatory center design and development, master facility planning, and millions of dollars of renovation and new construction at major health systems/hospitals on the mainland, including the former Forbes Health System, St. Clair Hospital, and Butler Health System. He holds a MHA (Master of Health Administration) degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. in Health Science from Slippery Rock University.

For the new Guam Regional Medical City, a $250-million state-of-the art hospital that dck pacific guam is building Mr. Allen recently participated with the dck team to act as an advisor to the client, The Medical City, in the design, equipment, and IT planning and accreditation planning for the facility. Other recent projects include leading a $140 million, 210,000 SF New Tower project; a $5.4 million, 27,000 SF medical office suite and diagnostic center; and a $1.2 million, 10,000 SF physicians office suite.
