Pang Rejoins Communications Pacific as Vice President

HONOLULU – Communications Pacific (CommPac) announced today that Russell Pang has rejoined the company as vice president.

“Russell was a key member of our company for 11 years, and he returns with even greater perspective and experience after eight years in state government,” said Kitty Lagareta, CommPac CEO. “We are delighted to have him rejoin our team.”

Pang worked for CommPac from 1991 to 2002 and headed the company’s corporate communications practice as vice president before leaving to serve as chief of media relations for former Governor Linda Lingle during her two terms in office.

Pang has served on the board of directors for the International Association of Business Communicators’ Hawaii chapter as well as the Life Foundation, Hawaii’s largest HIV/AIDS service organization.

A graduate of Punahou School, Pang earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and Asian studies from the University of Colorado and an MBA from American University in Washington, D.C.
